Appointments and Cancellations
The skin specialists and therapists at our clinic have all undergone training and are certified to provide the clinic’s treatment protocols. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours beforehand. You will lose the treatment, all discounted offers from the clinic and your deposit or advance if you don’t change your mind within 24 hours.
To allow for the completion of the required paperwork, kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We will work hard to arrive at your appointment on time. However, we will make every effort to let you know in advance if we need to postpone or cancel your appointment due to unforeseen events.
Treatment and Course Plans
When a client registers for a course or treatment plan, it is assumed that the client will follow through with it. Unless the client is found to be medically unsuitable in unusual circumstances, our clinic will not be held responsible for patients who change their minds and will not provide any refund on these plans.
The Safety and Effectiveness of the Treatment
We will always determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you and likely to be successful before beginning it. If not, we’ll tell you why and why not.
